Okan Tower is an ultra-luxury development created by the Turkish developer and prominent enterprise, Okan Group. This 70-story mixed-use project was designed by the architecture firm Behar Font & Partners. The tower’s distinctive curvature aims to mimic the silhouette of a blooming tulip, which happens to be Turkey’s national flower. Situated in Downtown Miami, Okan Tower will include a 294-key Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel, 236 condo-hotel units, 64,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 163 condo residences along with four penthouses, promising both sophistication and convenience.
The Okan Tower condo-hotel units (ranging from studios to three-bedroom units) will be delivered fully furnished and will vary in size from 447 to 1,245 square feet. Meanwhile, the condo residences will consist of one- to three-bedroom units plus a den, with sizes ranging from 698 to over 2,071 square feet. Additionally, there will be four duplex-style penthouses ranging from 1,873 to over 2,142 square feet. Okan Tower will offer world-class amenities, including a sky pool on the 70th floor, an outdoor lounge, a Hammam spa, a state-of-the-art health and fitness center, a chef and gastro kitchen, a kids’ playroom, a movie theater, a wine cellar and cigar room, and a rooftop restaurant on the 67th floor. High-speed elevators with separate access for the various mixed-use components will also be featured.
Okan Tower will be located at 555 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami. With attractions like Miami Worldcenter, the MiamiCentral train station, the Perez Art Museum, the Frost Museum of Science, and the Adrianne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts all within walking distance, residents and guests will enjoy convenient access to shopping, entertainment, cultural events, and transportation. Pricing starts from the $387,000s for the condo-hotel residences and the $522,000s for the sky residences. Construction of Okan Tower is expected to begin in 2022, with an estimated completion date in 2026.
