Miami Worldcenter to Welcome New Restaurants in 2024

Miami Worldcenter, a $6 billion development located at the south of Edgewater, is set to enrich its vibrant community of Miami with the addition of four exciting restaurant brands in 2024, further enhancing the allure of its Edition Residences.

Spanning an impressive 300,000 square feet, Miami Worldcenter boasts a dynamic blend of retail, restaurant, and entertainment spaces, and these latest culinary announcements mark a significant milestone, with the project’s retail area now reaching an impressive 84% occupancy rate.

The upcoming restaurants include:

Serafina: A renowned New York-based restaurant with 46 locations spanning the eastern U.S. and 8 countries. Serafina’s new establishment will occupy 8,176 square feet at 652 NE 1st Avenue, Suite H-144. It will feature an inviting outdoor patio with seating along the development’s 7th Street pedestrian promenade.

Sixty Vines: Known as “the wine lover’s restaurant,” Sixty Vines already boasts a presence across the United States in Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida. The Miami Worldcenter location will encompass 8,672 square feet at 150 NE 8th Street, Suite F-135. Diners will have the opportunity to savor their meals on an outdoor patio offering scenic views of the World Square public plaza.

BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings: This dual-concept restaurant will occupy a generous 3,835 square feet of space, conveniently located at 851 NE 1st Ave., Suite C-114.

The culinary landscape at Miami Worldcenter has been expanding rapidly, with Ariete Hospitality Group’s Michelin-star-rated Chef Michael Beltran recently introducing three exciting restaurants to the development: Brasserie Laurel, Chug’s Express, and El Vecino Cigar & Cocktail Bar. Moreover, the highly anticipated Earls Kitchen & Bar and Chicago’s Maple & Ash are expected to join the culinary lineup soon, thus benefiting all the neighborhoods surrounding the area, including Edgewater; home of the prestigious Edition Edgewater

Shaul Kuba, Co-Founder and Principal of CIM Group, a partner in Miami Worldcenter, highlighted the significance of these culinary additions, stating, “Food is a significant factor when people make decisions about where they want to live, work or visit, and we have worked diligently to cultivate an array of appealing and popular concepts at Miami Worldcenter.”

In addition to the new restaurants, the World Square in front of the upcoming Sixty Vines restaurant will encompass a sprawling 20,000-square-foot outdoor public plaza and park. This inviting space is being thoughtfully designed as a central gathering place, featuring ample open areas, refreshing shade trees, and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks adorned with dining, entertainment, and retail options, further enhancing the vibrant atmosphere of the Edgewater neighborhood.
