The Crosby Miami Worldcenter, a new pre-construction tower, is being developed by The Related Group and Merrimac Ventures in collaboration. The Crosby will offer 451 luxury residences, fully furnished and finished, ranging from studios to two-bedroom floor plans without rental restrictions. Each residence will feature AvroKo-curated furniture, 9-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony, and finished flooring inside and out. The gourmet custom kitchens will boast Italian cabinetry and Bosch appliances, including a paneled refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, and cooktop. Primary bathrooms will include rain showers and custom Italian vanities. Residences also come with a full-size washer and dryer, fully outfitted closets, contemporary lighting packages with recessed lighting, dimmers, and lighting control, as well as the Brilliant smart-home system for seamless personalization. The Smart keyless entry system provides access via a smart app, door code, keycard, or Apple Watch. Delivery of The Crosby Miami Worldcenter is anticipated in 2025.
