The project includes nearly 200,000 square feet of residential space spread across 96 units, 5,373 square feet of commercial space, and an enclosed parking garage with 135 spaces. The design collaboration involves Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design Inc. alongside Dieguez Fridman Arquitectos & Asociados.
The exterior of The Edge features a modern contemporary architectural style, with glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) cladding, floor-to-ceiling glass, and aluminum frames. The undulating ripple effect created by setbacks and breaks in the window wall system adds visual interest. The building harmonizes well with the neighborhood’s existing architecture.
